Winter Newsletter
- We hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday Season and we welcome everyone back to class in this New Year! We want to say a very heartfelt thank you for all the wonderful gifts and cards the staff received over the holidays, it means so very much to us to be remembered!
- We want to thank everyone who helped make our "Toys For Tots" program such a success. The economic times is making it even more difficult for the many charities and it means a great deal to us that we have so many generous families.
- We want to welcome Joshua Polk to our staff. Josh has just moved to the area from New Jersey and has quickly become a student favorite! Josh has a great deal of expertise in the various forms of Hip Hop and has taught for many youth organizations, dance studios and civic and community clubs. We are thrilled that he has become a part of our staff and we will be offering many classes with him this summer and upcoming fall.
- If you're wondering what all the excitement is about in the lobby, just ask the students! The pictures of this year's costumes are hanging for all to see. They will be hanging in the lower lobby for a few more weeks so please feel free to come in and take a peak!
- Very soon we will be adding a new member to our dance family! Miss Marcy and her husband Pat are expecting their first child sometime around the end of March! We wish them well for a happy healthy baby girl! Doesn't Miss Marcy look Fantastic!!
- Our Dance Companies are gearing up with many rehearsals and class hours preparing for their annual "Competition Premiere" show on February 27th! The show is a performance of all of their group competition routines and if you would like to attend we'd love to have you! Stop in the office and Peg can give you the ticket details.
- The annual recital will be held at The Galvin Middle School on May 21st and 22nd. Tentatively our dress rehearsal is scheduled for May 4th. Mark you calendars, more detailed information will come home sometime in March. The recital is broken down into 4 separate performances; students perform in one recital only.
- On a last note we want to wish all of our Dance Company students good luck as they enter their competition season! First up is West Coast Dance Explosion in February…GO TEAM!
