Fall Newsletter
- We want to personally welcome you back to the Studio and our 2010-2011 season and if you are a new student we welcome you to our dance family. If you're a prospective student we would love to talk to you and tell you of our program and all of the wonderful people we have here! If you are a returning student…of course we are thrilled to see you again!
- We are excited to begin another year of dance education and we look forward to the first week of classes!!! Our faculty; Diane, Susan, Karen, Marcy, Andy, Linda, Tara, Lauren, Laura and Josh are particularly excited to welcome you back from your summer vacations and can't wait for the first day!
- Classes will begin on Monday September 13th and our tentative date for the recital is May 20th and 21st of 2011.
- It's been a very busy summer! We had a great performance from our students at the Wakefield 4th of July celebration! Our students ages 8 - 18 enjoyed helping all of the children with the doll carriage, bike, trike and wagon competition and the cheers from the crowd as they performed their patriotic routines was fantastic! A big Thanks to all!
- Tyler Moore did an amazing job at American Dance Awards National male title competition! He performed his hip hop piece to a huge crowd in Orlando and there was cheers from all!
- Congrats to our students who completed the three year Dance Education Training Program with the Dance Teachers Club of Boston. Graduates this year were; Taylor Collins, Krystina Bernardinelli, Gina Fuccillo, Sabrina Schores, Vanessa Nason and Andrea Fanikos!
- Our Dance Shoppe is under new management this year! It has been difficult for us to manage all that it entails so we decided it was time to hand it over to a professional! There will be great prices on dance shoes, dance wear and other accessories throughout the year! Check out our Facebook page for Shoppe times and updates. Nancy Madden will be the new manager; many of you may remember her from the days her 3 daughters danced with us; Stephanie Madden who taught for us a couple of years and is now a Rockette is none other than Nancy's middle daughter! We welcome your support!! Stop in and say hello!
- We had an exciting week of Master Classes with so amazing teachers from New York! The students worked so hard and made us very proud! They did an impressive job and the teachers left with a wonderful impression of our students and the town of Wakefield!
- Enjoy the rest of the summer and we look forward to an amazing year of Dance Education!
